Claim Procedure

In case of claim, please follow the procedure given below:

  • Call us at our toll free insurance helpline number at 0800 -2-43-34 to register your claim
  • Submit documents to IGI Insurance at the following address:

Admissible claims will be settled by IGI Insurance within 7 days of receipt of all completed documents.

Documents Required:

Accidental Death

  • Death Certificate from concerned Municipal Office
  • Death Certificate from Hospital/Doctor
  • Burial Certificate
  • Police Report

Permanent Total Disability:

  • Doctor's or Hospital report that states and approves the state of disability
  • Xrays
  • Police Report
  • Copy of CNIC

Please note that this is an indicative list and some other documents may be required at the time of claim settlement.
